We deliver our products using Australia Post and other reputable courier services such as: Courier Please, Aramex and TNT.
Orders are dispatched within two business days. Standard shipping times are estimated at between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your location. An express shipping option is available at checkout.

REFUNDS
Please choose carefully! We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
We do, however, offer a refund on the product ONLY if the product has been ordered incorrectly.
For returns, Campaquip must be notified within 7 days of receiving the item to be eligible for an exchange or credit.
Campaquip reserves the right to refuse a return if the packaging or product has been used or damaged and cannot be resold as new.
Refunds and exchanges will only take place once the original product has been returned to Campaquip and deemed to be in a satisfactory condition to be resold as new.
