Change of Mind or Wrong Order

Please choose carefully. Campaquip does not provide refunds, exchanges or credits for change of mind purchases or wrongly ordered products.

Incorrect Orders

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and uninstalled
  • Original packaging required
  • Condition suitable for resale
  • Customer covers return shipping

Fees & Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law. A restocking fee may apply where permitted by law.

Consumer Guarantees

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are fully respected. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures, and repair or replacement where goods are not of acceptable quality.

Faulty Products

If a product is faulty, incorrectly described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, Campaquip will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Processing

Refunds, exchanges or credits are processed after inspection. Refunds are issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
