Shipping and Delivery

Campaquip ships Australia-wide using Australia Post and other reputable courier providers, including Courier Please and Aramex.

Orders are generally dispatched within two (2) business days of payment being received and cleared. During peak periods, promotions, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch times may be extended.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only:

• Standard Shipping: approximately 5-7 business days after dispatch.
• Express Shipping: delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier's network.

Campaquip is not liable for delays caused by courier providers, weather events, industrial action, public holidays, customs processes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking details will be provided where available. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all delivery information provided is accurate and complete. Campaquip will not be responsible for orders delayed, returned or lost due to incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address. Ownership of the goods remains with Campaquip until payment has been received in full.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, Campaquip must be notified within seven (7) days of receiving the order. Photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label may be requested to assist with the assessment and any courier claim.

Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased are suitable for their intended use and compatible with their equipment before placing an order.

Where products are described as suitable for use with particular brands or models, such descriptions are provided as compatibility references only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campaquip's liability for any claim relating to goods supplied is limited to the remedies required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Campaquip is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of its products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Products sold by Campaquip are not original Weber brand products unless expressly stated. Campaquip is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorised by Weber-Stephen Products Co. References to Weber® products and model names are used solely to identify product compatibility.
